Stone Circle, Walla Crag and Play

We decided to drop off our laundry at the launderette and go hiking. We collected the washed and folded clothes after hiking.

We combined the Stone Circle Hike with the Walla Crag Hike then we caught the boat back to town.

The Stone Circle dates back 4700 years.

We continued across the field and headed toward the Walla Crag.

Walla Crag is the treed hill in the background.

Great views from the top.

This is supposed to be an iconic photo of the Lake District, the single lane bridge and the fells in the background. The Ashness Packhorse Bridge.

We took the boat back to town, 10 minute ride vs. 2 mile walk.

Tonight the play.
