We said goodbye to the coast, heading inland. The streets of Warkworth.

Walked past the castle on our way out of Warkworth.

Tea time at the Running Fox in Felton. One busy place, the baked goods looked amazing. We enjoyed our scone.

No longer following the Coastal Path, St Oswald’s has split off.

Our stopping point for today – Weldon Bridge at the Angler’s Arms Inn. Potts Taxi picked us up and transported us to Rothbury where our B & B is located.

Our home for the next 3 nights, The Haven B & B.

Greeted by the Inn keeper

Taxi will pick us up at 9:30 AM in the morning and take us to where we left off today. Tomorrow is a short day, less than 8 miles.
