Flew to Los Angeles yesterday. Boarded Amtrak’s Coastal Starlight to Seattle.
Two nights in Seattle then back on the Coastal Starlight to San Francisco for 2 nights, and then catching Amtrak’s California Zephyr to Denver. Whew!
So far today has been a beautiful ride along the California coast.

If you haven’t done it before, you’ll love the view from the California Zephyr, particularly going through the mountains of California. The Amtrak Superliner cars are awesome.
