Having trouble with WordPress (blog app) – wouldn’t publish yesterday’s post. Lost post, trying again.

Started out in the rain, full rain gear on, rain jackets, rain pants and pack covers

Nice trail, didn’t see very many walkers.

Coming into first town, nice path but lots of steps to get down the the beach

My jacket was leaking, I was soaked, new jacket time. Located hiking store left old jacket and walked with new one.

Ate our sandwiches on bench along the beach

Trail continued along the coast

Arrived in Getaria, stopping town, checked into our hotel and off for pintxos. Tried two different bars.

Getaria was having a anchovies festival on the square. They were grilling them as quick as they could. People were lined up to buy, we only had a sampling for 1€.
