San Sebastián continued

Tried a new place for breakfast, Bar Azkena, in the Bretxa market. Inexpensive and good, a tea, a coffee and we each had a potato omelet (tortilla de patata).

Then we walked up the other hill in town, actually lots of stairs.

Looking toward the hill we were on yesterday

The views made all the stairs worth it.

After all those stairs, we broke down and bought chocolate croissants, one each.

They were here pretty tasty, good to the last bite.

Then it was time for laundry, 8€ to wash and 4€ to dry – a little over $15, ouch!

Dinner, back to the bars for pintxos. So many to choose from. We got 3 at one bar.

And 3 different ones and another bar

Hard to choose, they all look good

Assorted meats, sea food, and cheeses.

Legs of ham hanging in the bars, thinly sliced makes a fantastic sandwich.
